Unfortunately there isn&#8217;t a solution out of the box, but by following the following steps you can easily insert an equaliser to the output sound:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Download and install the soundflower package at the following location: <a href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/mattingalls\/Soundflower\/releases\">https:\/\/github.com\/mattingalls\/Soundflower\/releases<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Download and install &#8220;AU Lab&#8221; from <a href=\"https:\/\/developer.apple.com\/downloads\/\">https:\/\/developer.apple.com\/downloads\/<\/a> (you will need an Apple ID)<\/li>\n<li>Open the sound preferences panel and select &#8220;soundflower (2ch)&#8221; as output<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/jerome.harckmans.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/sound_prefs.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[665]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-686\" src=\"http:\/\/jerome.harckmans.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/sound_prefs-300x178.jpg\" alt=\"sound_prefs\" width=\"300\" height=\"178\" srcset=\"https:\/\/jerome.harckmans.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/sound_prefs-300x178.jpg 300w, https:\/\/jerome.harckmans.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/sound_prefs-768x456.jpg 768w, https:\/\/jerome.harckmans.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/sound_prefs.jpg 800w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Open AU Lab and select &#8220;soundflower (2ch)&#8221; as input and the &#8220;integrated speaker&#8221; as output and click &#8220;create document&#8221;:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/jerome.harckmans.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/AU_Lab.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[665]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-684\" src=\"http:\/\/jerome.harckmans.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/AU_Lab-300x196.jpg\" alt=\"AU_Lab\" width=\"300\" height=\"196\" srcset=\"https:\/\/jerome.harckmans.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/AU_Lab-300x196.jpg 300w, https:\/\/jerome.harckmans.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/AU_Lab-768x502.jpg 768w, https:\/\/jerome.harckmans.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/AU_Lab.jpg 800w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Add &#8220;AU graphic EQ&#8221; and adjust settings to your liking:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/jerome.harckmans.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/equaliser.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[665]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-685\" src=\"http:\/\/jerome.harckmans.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/equaliser-300x212.jpg\" alt=\"equaliser\" width=\"300\" height=\"212\" srcset=\"https:\/\/jerome.harckmans.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/equaliser-300x212.jpg 300w, https:\/\/jerome.harckmans.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/equaliser-768x541.jpg 768w, https:\/\/jerome.harckmans.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/equaliser.jpg 800w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Save your settings and you are all set.
