At least, an AMD 64 ebuild is available for FVWM-Crystal, featuring a lot of transparency for the FVWM window manager! Stay tuned for the results.
[Update]
The installation ran smooth, although some ebuilds were masked by the ~amd64 keyword. The fvwm-crystal theme by default is awsome, featuring xmms control, system tray and quicklaunch bar and a great choice of colors and styles! But that’s not what I want.
So I dove into the fvwm configuration file for the second time (the first time was when I was configuring fvwm on my (dead) laptop (RIP) – see this post), but this time more deeply. I made it entirely from scratch, taking from time to time inspiration from other fvwm users.
Meet in the fvwm section (under linux) for more details and some screenshots!
